WARNING: Very cheesy jumpscare at the end... (((I feel like the warning is not necessary, oh well)))

Introduction:

  • Tomb of Doom is a Flash Claymation point-and-click puzzle game created by Lutgames. This game caught my interest while watching a video essay called "Flash Game Nostalgia" by Redlyne while looking for Flash games to TAS.
  • Anyway, the story goes is that you are this teal character whistling while walking and you end up getting yourself into a hole where it takes to the tomb. To my knowledge, I think it leaves off on a cliffhanger as there isn't a sequel to Tomb of Doom.

Objectives:

  • Beat the game as fast as possible
  • Some entertainment value
  • Banana

Casual Walkthrough:

Game Physics:

  • Most of this game is trivial which is why I will talk about the physics. While your character is going through doors that are facing to the side, you only have to click once for your character to go through. However, if the door is facing to the front, you would have to click on the door again to go through as your character will stay still if you don't.
  • During the next screen transition for most rooms, you have to wait 1 frame before the item will get selected. However, the character will still start walking on the frame before that which I can use for my advantage.
  • Switches are weird, I have to wait a certain amount of frames before I can leave the room because if I leave too early, nothing will have happened and the bars will stay the same.

(PS: I've included a secret in this movie during my mouse playaround! Hint: I was inspired by Mikewillplays)
