The archive is open data. Movie files, run metadata and author notes in
the archive repository are published
under CC BY 4.0 (imported runs from TASVideos remain under their original CC BY 2.0,
as noted on each run). By submitting, you agree to this licensing of your submission.
Never upload ROMs or any copyrighted game data. Movie files, text configs, and
your own words only. The intake and CI reject undeclared or binary files; circumventing
those checks is grounds for removal of the material and a logged moderation act.
Honest attribution of every human author is a condition of submission.
Tool disclosure is voluntary and encouraged, never required.
Encodes stay yours. The site embeds the video links you provide (YouTube/Twitch);
it never re-hosts them.
Community acts are public. Reproductions, verifications, disputes and their
outcomes are permanently and publicly recorded in the archive's history.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or contribute.
Signup requires confirming this.
Content disclosures are honored. Authors flag mature, sexual, photosensitive
or strong-language content voluntarily at submission; sexual content sits behind an
18+ confirmation. Deliberately mislabeling content is a moderation matter.
No warranty. The archive and site are provided as-is, free forever, by volunteers.
